1.2. ‘Customer’, ‘you’ or ‘Yours’ refers to the user or the person placing order.
1.3. ‘Product’ refers an original essay, paper, all written product that is drafted and delivered to the customer in accordance with his/her Order.
1.4. ‘Order’ refers the form that is submitted on-line by the customer to our website.
2. Products and Services
2.1. Custom Writing Help is the organization deals with the original academic paper writing prepared by specialized and professional writers and possesses all rights and ownership regarding the services provided. Our academic papers provided are for personal and non-commercial use only. Company keeps the full copyright.
2.2. The customer cannot pass an academic paper on as their own, as they do not hold the copyright to the paper. All academic papers delivered to the customer are absolutely authentic and based on new research and reference. Company does not commit plagiarism. We strongly abide by all copyright laws and do not allow any customer to commit plagiarism or violate copyright laws.
2.3. Website content including text, edited or written, that is provided to customer is delivered by the qualified writers who transferred all rights and ownership regarding the services to the company.
2.4. The product provided to the customer becomes his property and has the right to use the written content in any way.
3. Money Back Guarantee
3.1. The customer is to provide the company straightforward order, instructions and assurance that all information about the order is based upon truth and fact. The company shall thoroughly help and cooperate with the customer, while a customer is to make the best use of customer care to make the product as successful as possible.
3.2. To be measured by the company, a refund request must be posted by the customer within 4 days after delivery of the product in a written form either via e-mail or the Customer Admin Panel. Upon expiration of the stated above timeline, the refund request shall not be entertained by the company. All refunds are provided as stated in these terms or at the judgment of the company.
3.3. If delivery of product is delayed, price shall be recalculated for a new deadline, given that the product price is dependent upon a certain delivery option and the difference in price between the ordered and the final deadline shall be refunded.
3.4. Seasonal offers offered by the company can be applied on per order and per customer basis and not collective. The customer is able to choose to use or ignore a discount offer. A request to refund a discount shall not be satisfied by the company.
3.5. As applying fraud prevention policy, the customer may be requested to go through a verification procedure which involve confirmation of billing or order related information over the phone or in a written form. The verification procedure is held by the company within 2 hours after receipt of the payment confirmation by the company. Ineligibility of a customer to go through the verification procedure in a reasonable time, within 2 hours after receipt of the payment confirmation by the company, may result in a delay of delivery of a completed product.
3.6. The customer is obliged to give full and complete order instructions within 2 hours after receipt of the payment confirmation by the company. If complete instructions provided by the customer with a delay, the case may be treated by the company as instructions change and may charge extra editorial fee that must be enclosed by the customer in full. Incoherent or incomplete instructions of it may also result as a delay in delivery of a completed product.
3.7. The customer is to undertake reasonable efforts to make available clear and straightforward order instructions. Controversy or contradiction in order instructions may result as a delay in delivery of a completed product.
3.8. The customer is to acknowledge that inefficiency in providing instructions or guidance during the provision of the service may result as delay in the delivery of the finish product and company is not to be held liable for this delay. It is recommended to stay connected via mail and answer the questions that the writer might have when working with the product. Inability to check the mail and provision of incorrect contact number may cause as delay in delivery of a completed product.
3.9. The customer is obliged to provide the materials, if fulfillment of an order requires usage of ambiguous or rare sources that are not readily available to the general public, within 2 hours after receipt of the payment confirmation by the company. Incapability to provide the materials within the set timeline may cause a delay in delivery of a completed product.
3.10. If the customer chooses to request a revision, the writer will require some extra time to deliver the completed product. Such case will not be regarded as late delivery under the Money Back Guarantee.
3.11. The customer is to acknowledge that the writer is allocated to accomplish the project once an order has been paid. Incapability to make payment upfront once an order form on the website has been filled out and a certain delivery deadline by a customer selected may result in a delay in delivery of a completed product.
4. Non Plagiarism Guarantee
4.1. Before the delivery of the product to the customer, the company scans whole work for availability of duplicate copies online. If plagiarism in the work is detected, the work is revised.
4.2. If the customer detects plagiarism in the product, the company is obliged to refund the amount of payment proportionate to the percentage of plagiarism detected in the product.
4.3. Use of standard expressions and resemblance in references shall not be considered as a case of plagiarism and shall be excluded from the plagiarism approximation detected in the product. In cases when the plagiarism approximation is minor or when it is reasonably obvious that the plagiarism has been detected as a result of a software mistake, No Plagiarism Guarantee shall not be applied. The customer is to acknowledge that the company’s decision as to the exact plagiarism approximate detected in the product is final.
5. Order Cancellation Initiated by Customer
5.1. The customer is to acknowledge that the writer is allocated to the project once an order has been paid. Due to the specialized nature of the services, refunds will be paid back only in the cases stated in these terms. In other cases, the refund or a discount is provided solely at the prudence of the company.
5.2. The order can be cancelled at any time prior to submission of payment.
5.3. If the order has been paid for, but the writer has not been allocated to a project, while the customer informed his wish to cancel the order, the refund of 80% from the total amount paid by the customer shall be provided.
5.4. If the order has been paid for and the writer has been allocated to a project, while the customer informed his wish to cancel the order the refund of 40% from the total amount paid by the customer shall be provided.
6. Free Revision Guarantee
6.1. The company is to acknowledge that if the customer feels that the work delivered has not met the initial instructions provided or the guarantees as set out on the company’s website, the product can be amended free of charge. The revision request must be provided in a written form either by mail or the Customer Admin Panel within 14 days of the delivery date. If more than 14 days have passed from the delivery date, it is assumed that the customer is satisfied with the product received and is not eligible for a free revision.
6.2. Revision time, needed for the writer to rewrite the work, is excluded from the initial order deadline. The writer might require extra time to deliver the completed work, which may be granted at the prudence of the customer.
6.3. If revision instructions do not fall within the initial order instructions or contradict the initial order instructions, or more than 14 days have passed from the accomplishment date, the customer may have the product revised for a nominal fee that is set on an individual basis depending on the complexity of work involved.
7. Payment statement
7.1. The charges of the services of the company are already shown on the company’s website. If the customer would like to have a type of work that may not be classified as a regular type of services provided on company’s website or if the customer requires their completed product to be amended in a way that is inconsistent with the initial order instructions, the company possesses right to set own rate for delivery of the service.
7.2. The customer is offered to pay for the order in advance, given the company is reasonably confident that it is able to allocate the writer to deliver the product. If payment in advance has been provided, but the company was not able to allocate the writer to deliver the work a full refund of the payment made in advance will be provided.
7.3. If the company acknowledges providing the refund to the customer, whether full or partial, the refund shall be provided using the credit or debit card used by the customer to submit the initial payment.
7.4. If the customer made a direct deposit to the company’s bank account (Wire Transfer) or submitted payment via PayPal, the company shall offer a choice of refund via PayPal or a credit towards a future order to be placed by the customer.
7.5. All refunds are provided as stated in these terms or at the prudence of the company.
8. Delivery of the Product
8.1. Upon completion, the product is delivered to e-mail address that was used by the customer when registering on company’s website. The product shall also be available for direct download from the Customer Admin Panel.
8.2. If the customer does not receive the completed product by the deadline due to technical issues, they are free to contact the company to work with them to beat the technical difficulties, if any, where a representative will assist them and make it possible to receive the product.
8.3. The company shall not be liable for any delays or technical problems in delivery of the product resulting from any malfunction of Customer’s mail-server or Customer’s Internet Service Provider.
9. Privacy and Security
The company acknowledges not to disclose any information provided by the customer when placing the order except for occasions when it is required by a lawful authority, and/or to follow any fraudulent transactions.
10. Amendments
The company possesses all rights to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. We recommend you reviewing these Terms and Conditions from time-to-time as any such changes shall be reflected in this section of our Website.
